How does it work?

Valley & Vines festival offers ‘sessions’ to festival goers rather than just opening the doors and allowing customers to stay as long as they like.  This allows people to experience three different cellar door experiences and enjoy multiple surroundings.

There will be three sessions across the day that people can book into and at the end of each session, the venue is emptied and the next session will come in. Please note that there will be no gate sales on the day.

Session times: 

  • 11.00am – 12.30pm
  • 1.00pm – 2.30pm
  • 3.00pm – 4.30pm

Please note the 30 minute break between each session. This time allows people to travel between the locations for each session.

Sessions are pre-booked on the Valley & Vines website for each session with a charge of $30 per person (plus $5 booking fee per ticket for postage & handling) payable on the website in order to book.

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed to the primary contact on your booking. This will include your lanyard and itinerary based on your choices. Please note that lost lanyards cannot be replaced and will prove as identification as a ticket holder. Tickets will be mailed to all purchasers before 30th March 2014. This lanyard must be worn throughout the day. No lanyard, no entry. If you are purchasing after the 30th March, your tickets will be available for collection at the first session - please bring along your confirmation email. 

What happens on the day?

All festival goers will receive their official Valley & Vines lanyard which is to be worn at all times throughout the day. Upon arrival at the first session of the day, people will receive their branded Valley & Vines wine glass to be used throughout the day (additional glasses available for purchase at each venue) along with a token for their first drink (120ml pour) which is only valid at their first session.

Each venue will have their own entertainment, food offerings and wines available on the day. Please refer to the Participating Venues page for further information.

Can I wear fancy dress?

No. Valley & Vines Festival will not allow any fancy dress into the festival and anyone wearing it will be refused entry into all sessions.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?

Unfortunately due to the format of the program, there will be no gate sales on the day. Tickets will need to be pre-purchased through the Valley & Vines website.  Tickets are subject to availability so once sold out, there are no more!

Can I do a wine tasting on the day?

Unfortunately due to the number of people at the winery, speed of service and the format of the festival, this is not available. If you cannot decide between which wine to purchase, simply ask the venue staff if they can assist.   

What happens if it rains?

Valley & Vines Festival will go ahead rain or shine. We recommend plenty of sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses or a rain coat if weather indicates. 

Tell me about transport

You can drive your car (designate a driver!), arrange your own bus with friends or family or you can pre-purchase a seat on one of the Valley & Vines buses. These buses will leave from 3 different locations - South Perth, Guildford & Stirling and are an additional $40 per person. Each bus will depart the location at 10.30am and return at 5.00pm. Please note that the itinerary for the buses are determined by the Valley & Vines team and are not changeable. You will be notified closer to the date about your bus itinerary.

Can I bring children?

Unfortunately this is an 18+ event due to liquor licensing regulations. Photo identification may be required upon entry to each venue.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

Unfortunately no food and drinks are allowed into any venue for the festival or on any V & V bus. Each venue will provide guests with specific food and beverage offerings. Water will be provided complimentary at each location. Please note that bags may be searched and these items held until after the session.

CMJ Events is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that tickets listed on our website are currently available pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  The festival will go ahead rain or shine. If you wish to change your selected venues, please notify us - info@cmjevents.com.au and we will do our best to adjust your itinerary.

Privacy Policy

CMJ Events is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. CMJ Events uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from CMJ Events only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Security Policy

When purchasing from CMJ Events your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Ticket Prices

AUD$30 ticket includes entry into three venues, official lanyard with itinerary, first pour at the first session only (120ml) and branded Perspex wine glass for the event.

Shipping costs

There is a flat rate of AUD $5 booking fee per ticket which includes postage and handling to the advised address within Australia.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are dispatched approximately 30th March 2014 and postage times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. CMJ Events will post tickets within Australia. International orders are welcome by contacting us via email - info@cmjevents.com.au. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. The postage & handling fee will be added to the order total before checkout.
